(FRESNO, CALIFORNIA, DECEMBER 9, 2019) Realty Concepts President J.P. Shamshoian announced that well-known media and public relations professional Jenny Toste joins the Realty Concepts team as a Realtor® in the Fresno office. “We are thrilled to welcome Jenny to the Realty Concepts family,” said Shamshoian, who is also President of the Fresno Association of Realtors. “She loves this area and truly cares about people. Her wide range of experience will help her serve her clients well, and she embodies what Realty Concepts stands for in putting others first.” Toste has been involved in the Central California community for more than 15 years. She anchored news and weather on CBS47 and KSEE24 for nearly a decade, winning a regional EMMY® in the process and championing local organizations. She also coordinated social media for Fresno State’s public relations office, and recently spent time in the business world as CEO of ValleyPBS. “My whole career I’ve been showing people how great Fresno, the Valley, and our local mountains are, and now I can help people achieve the dream of owning a part of it,” Toste says. “I’ve always loved real estate, and it’s truly a passion of mine.” Toste co-hosted a pilot home renovation TV show, “Realty Rescue,” in 2017, and she has experience purchasing homes in the Central Valley and in Shaver Lake, where she is President of her Homeowners Association. Toste developed her investigative skills while earning a Masters of English Literature from Fresno State.
