Meet Joumana Witt
Joumana Witt is a citizen of the world. She doesn't claim a hometown or one singular place she grew up; she's had the pleasure to have lived in many countries and adopted many beautiful cultures. Joumana's love for real estate started in her early 20's when she bought her first home and began to appreciate the significance of investing in one's future. Joumana knows she can't change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody's world, and that's a great start. Joumana enjoys travel, architecture, design, and spending time with her husband, family, and dogs.

She went above and beyond to get the house ready - handling turnover with my outgoing tenants, recommending repairs, and hiring a handyman and yard service. When one of the services didn’t show on time, she even scrubbed the showers and trimmed the hedges herself!
